Do you want to convince your boss to raise your salary? Do you want to persuade potential clients to purchase your product or service? When leading a meeting, do you want participants to act or react the way you want them to? If searching for a job, do you want the interviewer to hire you “on the spot?”

In your professional (and personal) life, persuading people to act or react the way you want them to is critical to your success!

In this session, you will learn the following:

  • Why people will listen to you
  • Focus on the emotional and intellectual benefits.
  • Use the Entrepreneurial Grid to plan and organize your presentation for groups or one-on-one discussions.
  • Capture and maintain the interest of the listener through powerful and practical opening and closing statements.
  • Use the 12 most powerful words to engage a listener.
  • Avoid using the 12 most demotivating negative words.
  • Use your body and voice as persuasion tools.
  • Think on your feet with the PREP formula.

Light Appetizers will be provided. A cash bar is available for individual purchases.

Free for members, $15 for non-members.
