In this workshop, Dr. Bucci will discuss the foundation for good health, some of the best techniques to stay moving and boost your productivity. He will also highlight important steps everyone can take on a daily basis to improve health by considering their diets, and the effect of a positive self image.

About the Speaker:

Dr. Guy Bucci DC is owner of Brilliant Physical Health, a pain relief and weight loss center. He specializes in treating soft tissue pain and injuries. Brilliant Physical Health, started in 2010 by Dr. Bucci. has offices in downtown and in the Fox Chapel area.

Dr. Bucci is from the Fox Chapel area and attended Central Catholic High School. As a young, active professional himself, Dr Bucci has a passion to educate, encourage and help other young professionals prioritize health in their daily lives.

Certified in and specializing in Active Release Techniques (ART), Dr Bucci treats many soft tissue sports injuries and helps patients maintain their active lifestyles.
