These are just some of the questions that will be answered during this panel discussion, jointly hosted by PYP and Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business. Prospective students will be guided and get to learn various perspectives
from our special guest speakers.

John Oliverio, Chief Human Resources Director- GAI Consultants

               
John joined GAI Consultants, a Pittsburgh- based environmental and engineering consulting firm, in January of 2014 as their Chief Human Resources Director. There, he is responsible for corporate oversite of all GAI's HR activities and execution and development of HR Strategies for the 900+ employee company. Prior to his current role, a few other positions John held were as follows: Director of Human Resources at WESCO Distribution, Vice President of Human Resources at EDMC, Regional Human Resources Manager of ADVO, Inc.

Jeff Malarkey, Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis- Architectural Coatings North America at PPG Industries

Jeff joined PPG in 2006 as a Financial Leadership Development Trainee. Since then, he has held several finance positions in PPG, the most recent being manager, financial planning and analysis, in the Architectural Coatings North America, overseeing reporting and planning functions for the Architectural Coatings businesses in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Prior to his current role, he served as: manager, finance and strategy in the Global Architectural Coatings; global segment analyst in the Architectural Coatings and Glass; financial analyst in the Automotive Refinish and Architectural Coatings; credit services analyst; finance integration lead and financial analyst in the Industrial Coatings. Jeff earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
