Conflict in the workplace is unavoidable. It will find you whether you look for it or not. Moreover, leadership and conflict go hand-in-hand. How can you work with and adapt to others in your company? What type of conflict management style do you have?

This workshop will identify the 5 different conflict styles and help the audience identify which type they are. In addition to conflict styles, the workshop will delve into team work and asymmetrical verse symmetrical leadership styles.
