Join PYP on the 1st skate on the newly renovated ice skating rink at PPG Place the night before Light Up Night.

Registrants will receive admission to the ice rink, skate rental, a long sleeve t-shirt and glow necklace.

WHAT IS First Skate? First Skate is a unique and EXCLUSIVE fundraising opportunity for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. This year, the city of Pittsburgh has a new, improved, much larger Ice Rink at PPG Place, and they have given us the opportunity to be the first to skate on the ice! Since First Skate will take place the night before Pittsburgh’s Light Up Night, it will be a glow-in-the-dark event! Come join us and be the FIRST on the ice!
