Improvisation helps to create a culture of trust and collaboration. It also provides a new approach for leaders to problem-solve and mindmap for the future. Justin Zell, Education Director of Steel City Improv Theater, will help us explore improv principles through practical exercises that educate, innovate and entertain. Justin and his team have taught over 750 people the art of improvisation through classes and workshops for organizations including Development Dimensions International (DDI), Kraft-Heinz, Bayer and several departments of Carnegie Mellon University.
