January Dinner Club at Brugge on North

Start the New Year off right at PYP’s January Dinner Club. Enjoy a neighborhood dining experience at Brugge on North. This addition to the Brugge family opened in April 2018 in the newly renovated Alphabet City on the North Side. Happy hour begins at 5:30pm with dinner to follow at 6:30pm in a private dining room. Attendees are responsible for paying for their own dinner and drinks (individual checks will be provided).
The following menu option has been created specifically for this event at just $45.00 per entrée (plus cocktails, tax, and gratuity):
• Chicken Milanese: Lemon basil panko breading, spinach, sautéed red onion, tomatoes, radish and asparagus, and grana Padano cheese
• Skuna Bay Salmon: Farro risotto and asparagus
• Classic White Wine Mussels: PEI mussels with shallots, garlic, and cream and herb butter sauce
A vegetarian option is also available upon request. The dinner package also includes a house salad, dessert, iced tea, coffee, and tea.
