Speaker Bios:

Cassandra Adams has been with Robert Half for almost 3 years as a division director for OfficeTeam in downtown Pittsburgh. The OfficeTeam division focuses on the staffing of administrative professionals in both contract and contract-to-hire positions. In the past 12 months, OfficeTeam has staffed 481 administrative jobs, with a concentrated focus in the manufacturing and non-profit industries. Prior to her time at OfficeTeam, Cassandra worked for 6 years as a sales director for Macy’s.

Nicole Sharp currently serves as Division Director of Robert Half Technology focusing on direct hire needs ranging from IT Support to Chief Technology Officers. In 2019, the Pittsburgh team alone worked with over 266 companies and interviewed nearly 900 technology candidates. Prior to Robert Half, Nicole led system-wide recruitment marketing at UPMC for nearly 6 years and served as Manager, HR & Talent Development North America for dbMotion Inc.

Patrick Gilchrist has been with Robert Half for over 5 years, and in the staffing industry since 2004.  Throughout his career he has excelled at building and leading teams across the country in growth primarily in the Staffing Industry.  He has been recognized multiple times as a top performer based on the profitability of the region for which he was responsible.  He possess a Masters degree from Robert Morris University, and Bachelors degree from the University of Richmond.
