Most people who drink wine normally fall into one of two categories: either they want to feel fancy and sophisticated as they swirl their glass and pretend to know all about tannin, or; they crank open the nozzle on a box of wine right before they slap the bag.
But what about the rest of us? What about those of us who enjoy wine and want something decent, but aren’t George Clooney who can afford a $300 bottle every night? We have Grape Stompers for the middle group (those of us who are amateur wine drinkers). We know a few fun facts, and can’t understand why anyone would EVER spit out good wine. That’s just blasphemy!
During this event we’ll provide an interactive look into wines perfect for summer gatherings (like the 4th of July) and a glimpse into the world of winemaking. They'll even give us a few tips such as (believe it or not) there is an actual reason behind food pairings and other “rules” you may have heard about.
Use a water glass, wine glass, or drink straight from the bottle (we don’t judge). Whatever you choose, join us for an enjoyable evening centered around “the sweet nectar of the gods”!
