Join PYP and Mecka Fitness while we go on a journey of mental and physical well-being during this summer series program. Part 3 (of 4) is Yoga with David May. The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. One of the best benefits of yoga is how it helps a person manage stress. We’re young professionals, so of course we have a lot of stress! The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga have been show to lessen chronic pain, lower blood pressure, and reduce insomnia as well increase flexibility and muscle strength and tone

Enjoy a 60 minute yoga session by Mecka's David May. You will link breath with movement and raise your energy level while flowing through postures built around traditional sun salutations. Suitable for beginners and advanced yogis alike, this class will be fun and challenging for all. Let go of your thoughts and get into the moment!

Mecka Fitness is located in the South Hills, Pennsylvania. The General Manager, April Jacksonhas been a leader in the wellness industry for over 25 years. 

Please feel free to use a yoga mat, bottle of water, and towel.
