Back by popular demand, join PYP for another virtual cocktail class with Greta Harmon!

Greta has spent 14 years serving alcohol to people in a variety of settings. From her earlier days in clubs and dive bars, she graduated to craft cocktails by way of Tiki. Greta helped with the Tiki revival in Pittsburgh. In 2013 she co-hosted South Seas Thursdays at the Tiki Lounge with craft tiki cocktails, has competed in Tiki competitions, and was a principal bartender in the opening of Hidden Harbor in Squirrel Hill. Although tiki and rum (so many rums) hold a special place in her heart, she's spent years mastering the balance of craft cocktails. She tended bar at the circus that was Meat and Potatoes circa 2013-2015 and has also contributed to creative menus such as her rainbow menu at Bar Frenchman and the Wu-Tang inspired menu at Pizzaiolo Primo

Here is the menu:

Taco Kamikaze

*Infused vodka(corn tortilla and hatch pepper salsa)

Lime Juice

*Cilantro simple

Cilantro garnish

You'll Need: Vodka, Corn Tortillas, Hatch Chili Salsa(find at TJ, Amazon), 2 Limes, fresh Cilantro, Sugar, Hot Water, Glass containers/Pickle Jars to infuse in, Wire Strainer or cheesecloth, Jigger, Shaker, Coupe/Martini or Rocks glass, Ice. Optional: Jalapeno

2020 Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini

Spiced, Barrel Aged, or Dark Rum(Cruzan Spiced, Brugal Aged, or Myers)

*PSL Syrup

Coffee Liqueur(Maggie’s Farm-less sweet or Kahlua-has sugar added)

You'll Need: Rum, Pumpkin Puree, Brown Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Hot Water, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Ginger, Coffee Liqueur, Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon Sugar mix, Jigger, Shaker, Rocks Glass, Blender, Measuring spoons, Ice. Optional: Jalapeno

Sweater Weather Whiskey Sour 

*Maple Chai Simple

Whiskey

Egg White

Lemon

Ango Bitters

Cinnamon Stick garnish

You'll Need: 0.25C 100% Maple Syrup, 2 Bags Tazo Fire Ginger Chai Tea, Hot Water, 2 Lemons, 1 Egg White or Aquafaba, Angostura Bitters, Cinnamon Stick, Jigger, Shaker, Strainer, Fine Mesh/Tea Strainer, Coupe/Martini or Rocks Glass, Ice. Optional: Jalapeno
