Dr. Gusenoff will talk to PYP members, providing tips for young
professionals to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule. He'll touch on healthy eating, ways to exercise, etc., and will demonstrate how to make tofu smoothies that are healthy, delicious and easy-to-make.  He will also give an overview of the UPMC BodyChangers program.

Laura Maydak, student in the Pitt School of Dietetics, will discuss
alternative sources of protein and smoothies.
