This is the first workshop of PYP's "Leadership Development" series.

What is “leadership?” Is it a set of tangible skills to develop? An instinct or a mindset? What makes someone a strong, capable leader?

Joe Mull, President of Ally Training & Development, answers these questions and more by exploring the qualities and behaviors of outstanding leaders. His dynamic, engaging style will have you laughing and learning as you explore the skills and characteristics essential to leadership. An ideal session for anyone currently in or aspiring to any leadership role.
